1. General Business Method
This business and all transactions are assumed to be web based or web originated. Sales made over the telephone be will processed through the website by our own personnel the same way as if you had done it with information provided by you.

We must receive payment for goods in advance and this payment constitutes your offer to purchase the selected goods. Our acceptance of this offer is made at the time of despatch to you.

Charges for mainland UK delivery are included in the product price. Our delivery options lay out other delivery options for different regions and international shipping can be supplied on request.
Goods will be delivered to the address that you supply at the point of ordering without us verifying this prior to despatch so it is important that this is correct. We will not be liable for any costs associated with recovering consignments from incorrect delivery addresses.
