Returns and Refunds Policy
We will try our very best to help you make an informed purchase from the insoleshop.com, but we are more than happy for you to return items if you feel they are unsuitable.
We have a 14 day return period (not just working days), calculated from the day your delivery arrives with you and during which we would ask you to contact us either by email on firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 02476 939915 if you want to return an item.
We will approve your return by issuing you with a reference and instructions on how and where to return the product. Please do not return anything without our knowledge and approval.
All products that are returned without being faulty must arrive with us in a completely resaleable condition. Most often, items can be returned in the same packaging used to make delivery to you.
We will refund your card (or PayPal) just as soon as we have processed your return. The refunded amount will be the amount that you paid up front – we will not add the cost of returning the item to us. Items are returned at your risk, so we advise using a tracked and insured service in case of loss.
Faulty and Damaged Goods
If a product has an identifiable fault or can be seen to be damaged on delivery, please also notify us within 14 days.
If a product develops a fault outside the 14 days, please notify us if you would like to know whether a manufacturer’s guarantee applies. These can vary but can be as long as 12 months and, in some cases, a lifetime guarantee may apply.
Products are inspected upon return and damages through misuse will not be refunded.
