Always supplied in pairs, Left and Right (always use both unless advised to the contrary).

Where possible, it is recommended that you remove any existing liner/insole.

The front edge can be trimmed/shaped to fit using sharp scissors. Use exisiting liner as a template.

Device, if not modifed, can be washed along with laundry at any temperature, or just wiped clean.
